I appreciate this is an old thread, but it seems to be perfectly relevant to my situation.
I left Virgin Media some time last year, but had set up email forwarding from two of my old blueyonder email addresses.
I haven't used either address for a few years but have noticed I am receiving bounced email notifications from both addresses. ('Mailer-Daemon cant deliver message' type notifications)
It seems that someone is sending out emails from both of these old blueyonder addresses, and it's not me!!!!
I am unable to log in to these accounts to change passwords etc, and all I want to do is make sure that they are both shut down to prevent any further security issues, or people pretending to be me.
