How do I close an ntlworld email account?

I also have a live Ntlworld email account which is still live even though I left Virgin back in October 2017 as they could not provide services to my new residential address. The Ntlworld email is still sending out of office notifications of my new email account which is being picked up by scammers and is leaving me exposed. How do I get this old account closed?

Can't get any joy from Virgin as I haven't had an account with them for nearly 5 years!!

@SteveWingco  The VM Forum Team should be able to arrange for this to be properly deleted.  They will contact you via this thread when they reach it either later today or tomorrow.

Hi,

I have a similar problem in that I created an extra email account for a specific time-limited purpose (a 50 Year Reunion), and now need to close it down.  I'm sure I used to be able to do that in something like "My Services", but we don't seem to have that option any longer.

Can someone please advise how I get this extra account closed, pleased?

OK, don't worry all.  I found what I was looking for under:

Manage other My Virgin Media accounts

I've deleted the time-limited email address there, and removed it from my email browser (Thunderbird).

All well.
