HELP - Your mailbox is not available at the moment.

Sorry to tag into an older thread but I have no idea what im doing !

I have spend the last 2 hours on the phone to technical because I have the same issue

my daughters face book, twitter and now her email have been hacked and mailbox is not available.

I have changed all passwords on the whole family and stil cant get into this.

the solution I have been given is to run antivirus on my laptop ?? which I have explained has nothing to do with my daughters phone ?

someone please help me im going nuts
