One of my ntlworld email accounts stopped working at 13.00 yesterday. Other accounts still work. Error message says username or password error. I have tried using Web mail, that gives same error. I can reset the password but still get username/password error. Looks like a server or internal Virgin problem. Can't ring the service desk at the moment. Any suggestions?

Hi Neil Sc, sorry to hear you've encountered this issue with an email address.
I'll be happy to take a look into it and see what we can do to help - just look out for my PM (the purple envelope) and we'll take it from there.
