i am experiencing the same problem, and VM keep"temporarily" blocking access to my VM account, then a few moths later it happens again with the same old deleted @ntlworld.com email

The Forum Team are best placed to deal with this issue however it can take them a few days to work though to your post. In the meantime consider the following additional options if appropriate:
