Same here, get error message saying it's not available and to try in an hour, which I have done several times to no avail. Also tried different browser but still no good. Can access email on my phone but even that has some problems too.

Thanks for taking the time to post in regards to the email access issues you're currently experiencing, we understand the concern this can cause and appreciate you raising this via the forums.

 

Have you been able to follow the steps and advise in Graham_A reply and change the password? His previous post highlights how to do this.

 

Let us know if this works.

Changing the password solves this in most cases.

Sign in to My Virgin Media, go to My Profile and/or Manage Accounts depending on whether the account concerned is your primary account or an additional one. Select the account concerned and then click on Change to the right of password if a primary account or View/Change then change to the right of password for secondary accounts.

If that hasn't unlocked your account after waiting 15 minutes post back and the VM Forum Team should be able to help you further.

I'm getting the same error message been like it all morning. Tried different browsers etc, but to no avail. I can pick up some email via my mobile, even then there seems to be problems, but Virgin emails on my laptop.
