I am having same problem,spending hours on telephone to virgin,changing passwords and still getting nowhere.Email just came back on when I joined this forum,coincidence or what? I am getting really dissolutioned with virgin and am thinking of going elsewhere and starting anew.This is really dragging me down and can't understand why we are not being given better communication on what's going on instead of getting fobbed off.
