Re: Quick Question Regarding VM E Login Page

As Graham has said.  This is normal:

oauth.virginmedia.com is now the single sign on for Virgin Media services.  When you go to something like my.virginmedia.com or mail2.virginmedia.com - You will be initially redirected here, once signed in you will then automatically be redirected back to the service you wanted to use.

The new system seems to have at least two advantages over the old.

  1. Session information is now remembered when you close the browser and/or shut down the computer.
  2. When clicking a mailto: link with VirginMedia webmail as your main mail app, you are now correctly presented with a compose window, whereas previously it only opened into the inbox.
