For the past week there has been difficulties in accessing my blueyonder email account on my iMac. I receive all emails on my android phone and tablet but there appears to be a problem with iMac.
Assuming you are a current VM broadband customer, first check the settings in your client as they changed a few years ago.
If they are all correct, can you enlighten us on where it goes wrong - any error message? If you show a screen shot, be sure to block out any personal details.

Have you been able to access your email account since you last posted or have you been able to look into the other forum post that MissPasko suggested to look into?
If you're still having issues, please let us know what is happening, when you try to use your email.
