Problem sending from my mobile

My virgin email account is linked to my computer and my phone.

Incoming emails appear on both my virgin account on my computer and my hauwei P9 phone

Emails sent from my computer appear on both my virgin account on my computer and my hauwei P9 phone

Emails sent from my phone appear in the sent box on my phone but not on my virgin sent account accessed from my computer. The emails sent from my phone arrive at their intended destination.

This is creates uncertainty form me because I mainly email from my computer but emails sent from my phone are missing from the record

On your phone did you setup the email account to use POP or IMAP; if the latter then look for an option specifying whether a sent email is stored on the server or phone?
