Password reset

Tuning in

I'm getting a new phone tomorrow and for some reason, the password for my virginmedia.com email account isn't saved in my phone. I access it using outlook but can't find the details in the outlook app either.

When I try to reset it via the virgin media website it says I can't and have to get my wife to do it. I can do this but there is nothing to say how she does it. It just says get her to do it for me.

Direct me to the procedure?

Sign in to My Virgin Media with the primary username for the account, go to My Profile and/or Manage Accounts depending on whether the account concerned is your primary account or an additional one. Select the account concerned and then click on Change to the right of password if a primary account or View/Change then change to the right of password for secondary accounts.
