Password on my wife's email compromised - need to change urgently

The password on my wife's email has been compromised - we need to change it urgently.

Phoned 150 and spoke to a VM  lady who said that she couldn't find my wife's email address on the VM account. We've been VM customers for many years!

The VM lady couldn't help because she couldn't see her email address on the account. We can't do anything from our end.

Can anyone help sort out this frustrating situation before whoever has hacked my wife's email account does any more damage?
