Outlook on W10 PC cannot send emails with ntlworld.com email
Since the virgin changes on Sunday 9/6/19 I cannot send emails using Outlook365 on my W10PC. I do seem to be receiving emails ok on PC. All was working fine until Sunday. Also the Outlook apps on samsung tablet and phone fail completely.
I can access email using webmail. When starting Outlook on windows10 PC I get an error message saying enter username and password for the server smtp.virginmedia.com.
I've checked all the settings match those recommended.
I've tried resetting account in Outlook with no luck.I rang 150 but they offer no help except to suggest deleting account in Outlook and resetting up.
