I have 3 emails currently showing in my Spam folder in Outlook 365. When I log on to the the Virgin email system only one of them is showing in the spam folder. I cannot find the other 2 anywhere on the Virgin email. I have looked in Inbox and Trash and they are not there
The one that is in spam on both continually appears there even though I have selected Never Block Sender on the junk option of Outlook

That's very strange
Can I take this way and ask a few questions as to what is causing this issue
As soon as I have some information I will get back to you on here
While I do that
Can you please log out and remove all details form 365 , Reset the Virgin Mail password and register again on 365
