I have an old virgin.net email address that is set to forward to my current email address. However all that gets sent to it these days is spam. I am no longer a virgin media customer and haven’t been for years so have no access to the original account to stop it forwarding. Can I have some assistance in getting this forwarding stopped.

Once a customer has cancelled their services the email address should only work for a further 90 days. Due to you receiving forwarded emails it would appear this account is still open, in order to look into this further I'm going to require some more details.
