Hi,

i left virgin media around feb 2015 and wasn’t able to access the account since then. Recently, I have received an email from the account itself saying I had been hacked, with the correct password contained in the account. I then started receiving emails from amazon.mx and amazon.in about renewing passwords. Is there any way to close this account permanently?
