I'm am no longer a VM customer but still have an active blueyonder email account, which is no longer used and would like it deleting. It is being heavily spammed also could put me potentially in danger of a data breech as i'm unable to access any settings.
You have come to the right place. As you are no longer a VM broadband customer, this email account should have stopped 90 days after you left, but many are still going in the VM systems. They occasionally purge those that they identify, but obviously not yours. A Forum Team member (VM employee) can get this sorted for you. In the meantime, back-up any emails you want and note any contact details. Once it is gone it is gone.
They may be a few days until you are contacted, as they normally work in date order, first come, first served. Don't post personal information, you'll be sent a private message for that.
