Oh Dear, email stopped all over again, 3rd time this week :(

Ok, obviously aware of what is going on with the multiple posts of unfortunate VM users (and I'm one of them 😞 )

So now this is the 3rd, I repeat 3rd !!! time my account has been stopped from accessing my email THIS WEEK!!!!!
I saw a post in another thread that a fix was implemented and would be in effect at the EOP yesterday?
Well guess what?, still not working!! 😞

Fortunately for me a change of password got my email access back.

Just how many times do you expect customers to effing change their password?!!!!!! 😠

I'm really sorry to hear of the issues that you've had with your email account over the last week, we hope that now with the fix in place and that you have changed your password, there should be no further issues with your mailbox.
