I had trouble with the outgoing email from my Ntlworld account this morning. It suggested I change my password, which I did. My email then worked for a brief period, but has since stopped again.
When I try to send a message from webmail, I get an alert box that says 'sending mailbox is locked'.
Incoming email appears to be fine.
Can anyone please help? I'm falling behind on my work this morning because of it.
