I’ve been unable to access my ntlworld email account since Friday night. It says there is no password in my settings even though the password is there. When I try to log in through virgin media web page, it says my mailbox is unavailable, try again in 1 hour, but it’s been few days now. This email is my primary email on my virginmedia account so it is important that I regain access to this email account.
