My ntlworld.com mailbox appears to be unavailable. I’ve had it for years and it crashed yesterday saying try again in an hour but it’s still down

Do you have a virgin media broadnband account? if not the email may be in the process of being deleted as only virgin broadband customers can hold virgin emails
