Hi
since yesterday evening (16/3/22) my Ntlworld.com email has stopped working. I cant login on any browser on my pc (Firefox chrome etc)
On my phone I see emails up to about 6 pm last night but can’t refresh anymore with message saying password incorrect
what is wrong with email pls - like most people I rely on it heavily and it’s still down now 17/3/22

The Virgin Media email service itself is not down but it sounds as if your email account may have been locked for some reason.
What error message do you get when you try to sign in to the ntlworld email account on VM Webmail? You can do that from here https://mail2.virginmedia.com/
If you get the "Your mailbox is unavailable....." message then the account has been locked and you can try unlocking it yourself by following all the the advice VM have posted in this link https://community.virginmedia.com/t5/Email/Email-accounts-locked-mailbox-unable-to-access-email
