I'm having trouble with opening my emails at the moment. When I log into my virgin mail on my laptop via the virgin web page I can see the notification of how many new emails I have but when I click on my inbox it doesn't show me my new emails? - I click but nothing happens.
I know that I have new emails because it works fine on my phone but not when using the site on my laptop?
Wondering if anyone else is having that problem and how they resolved it?
