Not receiving email from one particular user - [MOD EDIT: PERSONAL INFORMATION REMOVED]

I used to receive the mails, but no longer do, i have not chnaged any settings.

If you use webmail then sign in and confirm the email address is not blacklisted

Thanks - i checked that, i have not blacklisted them.

Sign into webmail and check the Spam and Trash folder for the missing emails then ask the sender to do the same in case any undeliverable emails related o the missing emails are there.
