No reply to email

For some reason I when I reply to a Hotmail account email the recipient is not receiving my reply.

I have also had a similar problem with a Yahoo address.

(I am using Outlook on a PC)

Hi Igor,

Thank you for confirming this, have you tried deleting the Outlook account then setting it up again, you can find all our Email setting here.

From earlier in the thread

If i use either Webmail or Outlook there is a copy of the new or replied to email in the Outlook Sent folder and also the Webmail Sent folder

This shows there's not a settings issue involved here.  Deleting and re-adding the account isn't the answer - Although I do understand why your advising it.

I'd recommend getting a copy of one of the sent mails and passing it to the email team, that should give them the information they need to check their email logs.

If I send you a couple of email addresses, would you send some test mails to me?  One of the accounts is hosted on Microsoft's servers so may demonstrate the problem.

Edit - I'm not a VM employee but I do specialise in helping with users with email issues.
