For the last 24 hours I have been unable to access my ntlworld emails. Vm303 was mentioned also (3010) authentication failed. I have deleted the account from the app I use (BlueMail) so I could try to reinstall it. Now I have no access to my past emails. I can not login either via Virginmedia website. It suggests I try again in an hour which I have tried. Please can someone help me?
