No access to webmail

Hi,

I cannot access email at moment on https://mail2.virginmedia.com/appsuite/. All I get is the screen text below on a page titled "undefined Sign in":

Connection error

The service is not available right now. Retry

Using Outlook I still get my emails directly from the mail server, however, I often like to use the webmail function, top right on login and miss the ability to do so. It's been happening for a few days now, intermittently. When I have had access using webmail there's all sorts of issues with opening folders, etc. I've tried relogging, changing password, etc. to no avail. Is this a known fault? Is there a fix time available?

Various ways to solve

  • Use a different browser
  • Or open a private browser window in your current browser
  • Or clear the browser cache and delete cookies relating to Virgin media mail.

All 3 suggested solutions work to a degree! Thank you 🙂

Still have issues loading email using Chrome. I'll stick to using Edge for webmail only. I don't use it for anything else.
