Hi,
Several months since access to my virgin.net account became intermittent. The account and inbox still exists but I haven't been able to access it. Having moved most old messages and contacts to a new email account I'd like a final access to my inbox and then to delete it.

I'll raise a request with our IT Team now so the mailbox can be deleted. This can take around 5 working days 🙂

Thank you for your post. I'm sorry to hear you're having issues accessing your Virgin.net email account. Depending on the status of the mailbox, there is no guarantee that we can grant temporary access I'm afraid, but we can certainly try.
