Hi,
I've had no access to my virgin.net email account since Wednesday 25 August. Can't login to webmail either.
Any assistance appreciated.

If you can check the purple envelope top right of your screen that would be great

@raya52 the envelope symbol is at the top right of the screen alongside your forum name and just above where the link for 'Check service status' is. There is a bell-shaped icon which tells you if you have any notifications and the envelope icon is next to it - if there is a message waiting for you, then the number will change to let you know how many.
Click on the envelope icon to how the messages and you can read and reply to them
