I have had no access to my emails since Thursday using outlook on computer and many apps on my iPhone. Just keeps telling me I cannot connect to the server.
been onto the chat 4 times who have told me it will be fixed within 24 hours, then 2 hours the next dsy as it was a priority but still no access.
I cannot access webmail as since I migrated my account from my dads old vm account in 2019 when he cancelled his services (so I could keep my email address) I’ve never been able to register again so cannot log into virgin media or webmail.
starting to get annoyed now as going into day 7 of no emails most of which are important.

Are you the account holder to the Virgin Media account now?
