Hi, I received an email saying A few more checks and I’ll find out. I haven’t received order confirmation or been told if I have been accepted?

Thank you for your post and welcome to the forums. 

Just to confirm is this in relation to a mobile or home services account? I want to assume it is a mobile account - you wouldn't have received confirmation yet, if the team have advised that more checks are needed then you would find out. Let me know if you need any help with this.
