I have on old ntlworld email address and have always used Mozilla Thunderbird. Recently I have not been able to send or receive any emails in Mozilla Thunderbird. Instead I get a message saying 'Connection to server pop3.ntlworld.com timed out' - can anyone help me connect to the server please?

Do you have a current Virgin Media broadband account?

Before making any changes check what happens when you try to sign in via the VM webmail interface.

Also can you confirm that you have a current VM broadband account and that the email address concerned is linked to it.
