NTLWORLD email outage

No email via our NTLWORLD address since around 09:30 on 11th August.

I assume that there's some kind of outage as nothing has changed at our end but can't find any definitive information. Any clues??

I'm sorry to hear that you are having an issue gaining access to your emails. We can certainly take a look at things for you.
