NTL World Emails - Are they down?

anyone know if the old NTLWorld email are currently down? I'm not currently able to access it, but I can the new virginmedia.com one I have?

FWIW All 15 of mine were working via my iOS 16.2 emailer yesterday and primary NTL email ok just now on webmail. That’s all via BRIG19 in BN3 area but you have’nt confirmed whether you have had any discontinuous VM “service” that potentially would have orphaned your original NTL emails and any recent VM cleanups thus deleted them w/o further notice.

Thanks for posting and sorry to hear you're having some issues with your email. 

It's possible as horseman has advised that the email address may be linked to an old account.

So I can check this for you I've popped you over a private message (purple envelope, top right hand corner) to get a few more details from you.
