My wife cannot seem to access her emails on her NTL account, its been like this for almost two weeks now.
" Your mailbox is not available at the moment, Please try again in one hour and make sure you using the correct password to access your email from all of your devices "
Having read earlier posts with same problem, seems that the account could possibly be locked and needs unlocking ???
Tried calling VM Helpline, but could not get through... I've checked password and all correct,
Any ideas ?
