My emails not showing in the in box folder

I have 89 emails atm 01/07/22 and none are showing in my in box folder what is going on.

I can reproduce what you are seeing but I don't know if that is the reason you cannot see the unread emails.

In the above screen shot I have  1 unread email showing against the Inbox but it is not showing in the right hand panel

The reason is that the unread email is in a subfolder within the inbox. When I click on the small arrow on the extreme left so that it points downwards the sub folder opens up and the unread email displays.

If that's not the case for you then I'm stumped, sorry.

Consider also trying the following:

  • select Inbox
  • in Search… filed type * and press enter key
  • scroll through the results returned to see if any unread messages are listed

BTW which operating system and browser are you using?
