Moving NTL address to a virgin mail one

Hi , is it possible to change my ntl world email to virgin media one ?? or a gmail one even without losing emails or would I have to change the address manually ie online bank, signing in etc

No it isn't possible to change an Ntlworld email address to anything else.

If you decide to create a new email address with another email provider you would need to inform all people/services that you want to use the new address.
