Missing emails

All emails that i had stored for many years have all disappeared today

the last one received was today @ 1.42

i have no record of any prior to that

sent items is okay

I have outlook setup on my PC to receive emails

i have mail setup on my phone

and i have logged onto the Virgin mail server,

None of them have my emails

Any ideas welcome

Get them from your backup?  Over many years you must have saved them locally.

Hi azzy, thanks for the message. Can you confirm if changing the password corrects anything?. Can you also check the recycling bin to see if they are in there? - Chris
