Missing E-mail

Hi,

I really hope someone can help with this.

I received evouchers for long service from my employer - 2 x £100.

I've used one but the second one, the e-mail with the code to be used, is missing.

I really need to retrieve this e-mail, I'm not happy losing £100.

Thanks for your post and apologies to hear you are missing an email. 

Just to double check, did you receive both the emails to begin with or did you only receive one?

If you did receive the both of them, please let me know the following:

• Are you checking your email on a mobile device or a PC/Computer?
• Are you using a web mail client or an app?
• When logging in t My Virgin Media and selecting the Email tab, is the email showing in there?
• Has the email been deleted by mistake? Check in the deleted folder.

Another possibility is to approach your employer and ask them to resend the second email.

I use both. Mail app on my phone & web mail via Virgin.

• When logging in t My Virgin Media and selecting the Email tab, is the email showing in there?

It isn't showing here.

• Has the email been deleted by mistake? Check in the deleted folder. 

I hasn't been deleted, it was saved to folder. This isn't the only e-mail missing from this folder but this is the one I want the most.
