Hi
I am unable to access my email on a secondary account and the same email has stopped working on outlook and on my phone. This has happened all of a sudden as I was able to access earlier in the day.
I am still able to access the virgin media account portal and log in fine but get the message “mailbox not available” when I try and access email. Had called the helpline but they were not of any help.

Wait an hour before trying to access the email account after changing the password.
