Good afternoon. I've been getting the "mailbox unavailable" error message for the last 24 hours or so.
Can someone help out, please?

Can you please advise me if you've been attempting to access the E-Mail address via our web mail function?
If you have, can you try using an alternative browser and / or clearing the cache on the browser you've been using?
