Hi,
I am having issues accessing more emails either by logging in to Virgin Media's website or via mobile. At first I thought it was down to someone managing to hack into my VM account as I couldn't even access that at one point and ended up having to call customer support help me regain access. And even after that I was able to access my email for a couple of hours before it became unaccessable again. And strangely, this only affects one of my email accounts
It has been a week since that happened and I am still unable to access emails so if someone could help me out that would be great. 👍🏽
(As I cannot receive emails via mobile, or access webmail, I will check in here every few hours for updates)
