Mailbox unavailable

I have an old NTL email attached to my account & emails have not been received for a few days, I noticed VM had a problem and assumed it was that, but it’s now resolved and I still can’t access emails. I’ve changed the password in the account & now I get the “mailbox unavailable try again in an hour” Any advice?

Some people are still getting that error message and if you have already changed your password there is nothing more you can do from your side.

All you can do is to wait for one of the Forum Team (VM employees) to pick up this post and contact you for the details by Private Message. They are working their way through the posts so it may take a while.

However, they will be able to re-enable your account for you and get emails moving again.

That advice is based on you being a Virgin Media broadband customer and that the 'Old' Ntlworld address is correctly attached to your account.

Sorry to hear of the issues that you've been having with your email Kazky.

I have looked into your account and have re-enabled your email account.
