Need help from virgin to reset my Mail account

Are you a VM Broadband customer with an active broadband connection?

If so you can reset your password from your account on VM website, this has proven to be a fix.

However if you are NOT an active Broadband customer with VM then it is likely the email is orphaned or deleted.
