Hello,
I‘ve been unable to send or receive emails since yesterday on all my devices and via webmail. My iphone says: Cannot get Mail No password provided for Virginmedia. Webmail says:
Your mailbox is not available at the moment.
Please retry again in one hour and make sure you are using the correct password to access your email from all of your devices.
It started off on my Mac when it prompted me to re-enter my password, which I did. The same password I‘ve used for a year. It did not recognise it and subsequently I‘ve been locked out.
Please can someone help. I have some urgent mail I need to send.

Are you able to go to your account here via webmail.
And choose the forgotten password options to change it?

I’ve tried to do that in Settings on my Mac, but it asks for my existing password first. When I input it, it says “Unable to verify account name or password”.
When I try to reset my password via my Virgin media account, it says “Your Mailbox is not available…”

I’ve just changed my password, but am still getting your Mailbox is unavailable at the moment.
