Mailbox unavailable

I have been trying to access my emails for 24 hours and no luck. Says mailbox unavailable, please try again in an hour.  I have a virgin.net account which I have been using as my primary mail account for years and years. Test email hasn't bounced so I'm hoping the account still exists.  Please can someone help me retrieve it??!  It's my primary email on every service I've ever signed up for so is going to be a total nightmare if the account has gone ...

Help please ...

Welcome to the forums and many thanks for your post. I'm sorry you've been having this issue with your mailbox.

As long as the email is registered to an active broadband account with us, we should be able to unlock this from our end OK.

In order to do so, I'll just send you a private message, so please keep an eye on the purple envelope at the top of the page.
