Mailbox unavailable

My secondary account email is stating mailbox unavailable. I have phoned Virgin today and they changed password. Although this has not fixed the issue and is still showing mailbox unavailable?

I am sorry to see that your NTL email is not working.

 

I would love to try and help you with this, I will send you a private message so I can investigate this.
