I've had this message for 2 days now and noted the MANY previous posts regarding this issue, does anyone know why it keeps occuring?
Is there a permanent fix please as phoning 150 is no help and in today's paper free environment it's a real problem!
I haven't ticked the Email me when someone replies box, for obvious reasons.

i am sorry you've been impacted by this issue - it does appear to be a wider issue but for now we've been asked to assist customer individually - so I can do that I'll contact you via PM to confirm a few details & we'll take it from there.

Thanks for your reply @oldboy1. I have re-enabled the mailbox now - you will also need to reset you password to something new that you've never used before - even if you've already done that please do so once more to ensure this doesn't re-occur. If you have any more problems from there please let me know.
