I urgently need access to my emails - I was using my account fine this morning but after sending a zip file to my mortgage adviser I cannot now access my mailbox.
It seems from previous posts this is a frequently occurring issue with nothing I can actually do to put it right - please could a Virgin moderator push this in the right direction to get fixed please.
I've had no success contacting anyone by telephone.
The email on the primary account works fine but my secondary account doesn't (both are ntlworld addresses)

Are you seeing the 'mailbox unavailable try again in an hour' type of message or something else?
Does the same happen if you close down your browser, restart it and try to access webmail again?

Hi Graham - yes that's the message I am getting. I've tried using different browsers and devices, also getting the primary user to reset my password.

Ok, I will flag this to the Forum Team so that they can get a staff member to look into getting the mailbox unlocked for you.
They will respond via this thread in due course.
