I called 150 from my landline but Option 2 on that number is for virgin mobile queries so that's not much help ...
I think it might be because of a security issue as I'd had a few 'mail delivery failure' emails to random email addresses before it conked out, so sounds like my email address has been used for spam

@Nailbiter The message omits to say that you need to press 1 first as this is a broadband issue, then select option 2.
However you may be able to resolve the issue yourself by following the instructions set out here:

I ran everything on my PC and changed password around 3am to find the Virgin site was down for maintenance, but it was all working ok again by the time I checked on it this morning. 🤞it's all fixed permanently

Since I last relied I had the same issue return.... I've just changed the password again, and now that I've got today's emails I see there's an official Virgin 'There's been suspicious activity' one.. confirming my email's been spoofed. I obviously don't want this to keep happening, of to have to change my email, so what can be done ?
